Bill fully made a deal with her. Remember — the Authority know all about Eric’s blood oath against Russell. Salome knows that if Roman sends Bill and Eric out after Russell and they find him, Eric will kill him, unless she can score some insurance. She takes Bill down to that dank hallway, seduces him by telling him just what he wants to hear, and then offers him his life (or…?) if he makes sure they bring Russell in alive.

Bill’s efforts to convince Eric not to kill Russell are out of control shifty. First, he threatens him with staking, and then applies all his best snake oil right where Eric won’t be able to refuse it. And, Bill tells it like it is in the van — he’s just covering his own ass.

Back at the ranch, Salome greets him with a kiss, and Eric with a pat. Bill brown noses, and Eric looks on, disgusted. Remember that interview where Valentina Cervi said that Salome feels like she can trust Bill?

Oh yeah, that bitch is in it up to his eyeballs.
